Gali’s warranters are experts (technician) in electric household appliances and often received professional training as well as knowledge of new ranges of product.
In the view of Gali’s products, almost warranty period is 01 year. The warranty period is based on the stamp sticked on the product and covers defects in material or workmanship. If the product fails during this period, Gali will exchange another one with a reconditioned product of the same or equivalent specifications. The replacement product carries the remaining warranty of the original product.
Please read the manual carefully before using to avoid unexpected problems. In case that damages are caused by incorrect use (defect-free), Gali has not liability for exchanging the new one. However, customers can have Gali’s technician at warranty center to repair the damages.
Gali is going to set up some more warranty centers spread through provinces in the country in order to help Gali’s customers using the products better, to make the life better.
